Losers

No matter how bad life appears, you know there is always someone worse off than yourself. But we should act with dignity and grace at all times.

It's amazing - if only we could see ourselves as others see us!

Well, that's a funny thing for you to say, Penny. We 'others' don't get to see you at all.

I don't care if you are the ugliest woman on earth - I need a picture!

I have just been across to Marla's and she has your picture - half-covered with a veil of some sort. You really are a stickler, aren't you?

That boy looks about six years old by the end, bless him, I think!

(What picture? What veil? Where?)

okay, you would need to go to the site of Marla Baltes, and scroll down to her post of May 1st, where there is a picture of the star of the film 'Penelope'. After a second look I can confirm she is wearing a sort of polka-dot scarf across the lower half of her face, but I can still see that it is our Penny! ;-)

OK Billy, Been there, done that...

You and Lady T are cut from the same cloth aren't you? :) Crackers!

Anyway, I'm certain that she is just as alluring as that Penelope in real life...

Such good friends you both are, to carry on chatting when I had to leave the room ....

As well as Bridge lessons, I have been very busy - some things I'll be able to tell you about when I next get time to blog ...

back soon ....

This series of The Apprentice is the first reality TV show I've watched. Much against my better judgement, I'm beginning to get hooked! I sit open-mouthed at how totally self-obsessed and nasty they come across. Do you really have to be like this to succeed in business?

The Apprentice is really addictive this time, isn't it? What pratts some of them are.
What's all this about Billy & a veil?
